Online Requests Through A-Check Direct™

A-Check Direct™ offers clients a robust and intuitive cloud-based tool to order, track and review background screening services. A-Check Direct™ provides the ability to streamline background screening programs by making it easy to order and track screening services. We offer an intuitive workflow, customized packages, a-la-carte options, real-time updates, and the ability to request customer service directly through the system.

A-Check Global's user-friendly dashboard provides clients with instant access to all aspects of their files. Files in progress, requiring attention, or ready to be finalized can be viewed with a single click.

The system offers full control of the background process. Clients can easily change user access levels and have access to Management Reports enabling them track all aspects of the service.

Requests via ATS or HCM Software

A-Check Global’s systems can be fully integrated with your existing Applicant Tracking System or Human Capital Management software. Our successful track record of integration with all major ATS and HCM platforms ensures a smooth transition for clients looking to incorporate the background and drug screening component into a familiar system.

Because we utilize the latest XML protocols, our systems have extensive capabilities and can integrate with virtually any ATS or HCM system.

Request Via FAX

A-Check accommodates this preference by providing a toll free fax number for clients who still prefer this method. As soon a faxed request is received, it is inspected for completeness of information as well as compliance with client ordering rules. If any needed information is illegible or missing, we will communicate with the applicant (or requester depending on client business rules) for clarification. The request is then entered into A-Check Direct™ where it is processed. Faxed requests incur an additional data entry fee.

Applicant Portal

my A-Check eliminates the need for human resource personnel to enter applicant data by offering candidates an online platform to enter their own personal information.

As an available feature in A-Check Direct™, my A-Check affords hiring professionals the ability to manage both the application process and background/drug screening process from a single platform. Through the my A-Check platform, applicants can electronically sign authorization forms and securely transmit required personal information for processing. Clients can then track the progress of the screen through A-Check Direct or an ATS integration.

Alternative Submission Methods

To accommodate clients who do not wish to submit orders through A-Check Direct™, Easy App, or client ATS/HRC system, A-Check Global accepts requests through our secure fax system or secure e-mail.

Requests received by fax or secure e-mail are managed by our Registration Department who enters the file data and creates the order to client specifications. Files created from a fax or e-mail request are available for tracking and review through A-Check Direct™.
